My sisters have been doing it and I thought: well, why not. It'll be a good way for me to keep on top of my apparent lack of exercise. Let's try to keep this going for 30 days no? :)
Late morning: 1 piece of Spanish Omelette (Egg, Onion, Potato), 1/2 glass of Black-current apple juice, 1/4 packet of Sourcream &cheese cheezels,
Afternoon: Large double-shot mocha latte, mini sausage bun from Provence, hand full of chocobabies :)
Night: 1/4 bowl rice, Codfish, Beansprouts, Lotusroot Soup & 2 slices of apple.
Meh. Ate too much today. Haha.
Splurged on stationary & the bakery for my sisters today... Oops.
Mark's very clever, he says I should see my dieting as saving money rather than the actual numbers on the scale cause we tend to spend the most money on food. Can't blame the stressed students though... It does make us happy.
But it does make sense.
