It's Showtime Folks.
Sunday, December 13, 2009 09:50:00
Today will be 2 days and counting.
After today, I will assume the worse and attempt to move on with my life. Not saying more about that... I have good news ahead! :)

I've lost 4.5 kg from Monday to Sunday... Hopefully I'll be able to lose even more the next 7 days. And hopefully I can break that 60 mark by the end of the month. hahaha.

It's too good to be true, losing weight... But this has proven that it can happen so I'm not giving up just yet. Plus, with the nonsense that is taking place on the sidelines, I'm more than happy to eat lesser since my appetite has also shrunk along with my cheery demeanour.

By no means am I skipping meals, that would be suicide, just being more aware of what my body and mind needs, no more over stuffing of emotions or food.

Enough is Enough you know?

:) I'm glad I've come to this conclusion this holiday season..
Almost like it's my own Christmas present to myself.

Will blog about the show tonight.
Toodles.
