R.I.P. Leon
Tuesday, May 19, 2009 21:47:00
At 12.30-ish on Sunday morning, our beloved dog Leon of 7 years passed away.

It was a rather bloody death but at least he was under a lot of pain killers. It was better so he doesn't have to suffer anymore. My only regret was not being able to say goodbye properly you know? It's really hard to come back anticipating his barking and tail wagging and licking as i walk through the door.

It's almost impossible to not feel the tears build up as I realise that he's gone forever. It's funny how I haven't cried since that morning and yet just typing about it right now has got me sniffling like and idiot. I really do miss him.

It was honestly too sudden.. but as Gabe said, we just have to move on.

So, here's to you Leon, you're now somewhere else, in peace. Just know that we love you and that no other dog can ever replace you. I miss you. Rest in peace my darling.

xx
